Occupied Balochistan: CHAHBAHAR: An entire year has gone by since the illegal detention of Mohammad Saber Malikraisi’s and for the last four months, there is not single word about his whereabouts.The 15-year-old Malikraisi is a son of Molavi Dadrahman Sarbazi old and a resident of Sarbaz district of Balochistan. The minor prisoner has had no contact or meeting with his family for last four months.The young teenager was arrested as the Iranian authorities suspected his elder brother of communicating and cooperating with the Baloch armed opposition.Malikraisi was arrested on Thursday 24 September 2009 — or 2nd Mehr, 1388 as per the Iranian calendar –, along with his other two elder brothers in the port city of Chahbahar after the intelligence and security agents raided the home of Molavi Sarbazi.During the search of the house, the Iranian intelligence officials threatened the family if Malikraisi’s elder brother is not brought to them then they will execute all three youngsters.Four months later, the two older brothers were released, but 15-year-old Malikraisi is held hostage in prison. During a recent phone call to his family, the boy told his family that he will be executed soon if his elder brother does not turn himself in.Over the last four months, Malikraisi’s family has contacted the intelligence officials, prison authorities and has filed appeals in the court, but each time their pleas were shot down, raising concerns the boy is still alive or not.It is worth mentioning that Malikraisi was produced before television in which he publicly confessed that and he his brother are members of Jondullah. Such forced confessions are routine in Islamic Republic of Iran Iran, though they do not have much legal value in civilized countries.
