The war is not imposed on us Baloch are struggling for Independence Farzana MajeedKarachi: The hunger strike camp of Baloch missing persons entered 1049th day in whole and 69 days in Karachi alone. Baloch Rights Council visited the hunger strike camp here on Wednesday to express their solidarity to the families. The President of BRC Abdul Wahab said that the establishment and security forces are responsible for the deteriorating situation of Balochistan. Instead of real leadership, Pakistani establishment have imposed the stooges of agencies on people.He said one should not forget that Baloch are slaves of this occupying state, and according to shaheed Ghulam Mohammad “This war is started by us against the occupiers, we are struggling for our independence”. Mama Qadeer, the voice chairman of VBMP, and Banuk Farzana, the general secretary of VBMP, told the delegation that fear is the worst kind of enemy of humanity.Banuk Farzana said, “If you close your eyes for a moment and hear the thumps of heavy boots of enemy’s forces and if you see the guns you curl up. This is called fear try to remove this and see what you can do”. She further said that we know if people like us defeat their fear they will hear the voice of Shaheed Ghulam Mohammad that Pakistan is the leader of international terrorism and Baloch has announced war against Pakistan and is fighting it bravely. We don’t say that the war has been imposed on us but Baloch themselves are fighting to regain their lost sovereignty. “We have to get rid of our egos and decide that we can do this. It is not enforced on us but it is our duty, it is the debt of motherland upon us, it is the cry of our motherland for help.“Just think for a minute in the shoes of those whose brothers, father and sons are either being tortured in secret cells or their bullet-riddled bodies are found. When you will understand the pain then you should decide your path.“As Intellectuals say ‘Responsibility is not the act of strengthening wisdom but it is the accomplishment of benevolences to others by deepening one’s feelings’,” said Farzana Majeed.
