A delegation of Baloch Human Rights Organisation (BHRO) visited the camp to express solidarity and assure the families of their support.The representatives of BHRO said that as many as 18000 Baloch are currently languishing in Pakistani torture cells. The abductions are on continuous rise and scores of missing persons have been killed and dumped.Criticizing Amnesty International, BHRO said that the role of Amnesty International has not been very satisfactory. Although Amnesty International had made appealed the world to play their role in saving lives of Ateeq Qalandarani, Khaleel Ur Rehman, Waseem Ahmed Qalandarani, Nisar Ahmed Qalandarani, Naseeb Qalandarani, Mohammad Tahir Qalandarani, Mohammad Saleem Qalandarani, Fida Ahmed Qalandarani, Nadeem Qalandarani and others. Amnesty International had urged people to write to government of Pakistan to immediately release the aforementioned persons. They had also appealed to investigate the incident independently and prosecute the culprits involved in the abduction.The Vice Chairman of Voice for Baloch Missing Persons, Mama Qadeer Baloch, said urged Amnesty International to further press Pakistani government to release all Baloch missing persons. It should also take steps to completely stop Pakistan from daily abductions and other brutalities in Balochistan.
