Luckily he survived the bullet wounds and Policemen took him to hospital. However, later the intelligence agencies learned that he was still alive and they informed army about him. The military came back to the Pasni Police Station in the early hours of Tuesday morning and took him to deserted sand mounds where they executed him in cold blood by shooting a round of bullets in his head to make sure this time he was dead. The IVBMP Sweden chapter said that it had every shred of evidence enough to convict Pakistan army for war crimes in occupied Balochistan. The IVBMP has urged UN Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances to make Pakistan accountable to Geneva Convention for war crimes, crimes against humanity and slow motion genocide of Baloch people. Despite the fact that these people were missing from past many years, police SHO Imam Bakhsh claimed that both men were killed in an exchange of firing with Pakistani forces in Pasni on Tuesday morning. However, the immediate family members of the victims said that they had substantial evidence about extra-judicial killing of their relatives by Pakistani army in presence of the Police. They say the Police is following the orders of army to hide their crimes of extra-judicial executions of innocent Baloch in their custody.
