On the 22 January 2023, a Baloch citizen was arrested by plain clothes forces in Zahedan and taken to an unknown place.
The identity of this Baloch citizen, “Omid Maliki (Brahui)” from Zahedan, has been confirmed.
According to a source, “Omid was arrested yesterday by plainclothes officers, and so far there is no information about his condition.”
According to the citizens of Zahedan to Hale Vash reporter, in recent days, a large number of Baloch youths have been arrested in different areas of Zahedan city by military and plain clothes forces.
It is worth mentioning that following the recent protests in Sistan and Baluchistan, a large number of citizens, including children under the age of 18, have been arrested without reason and against the legal procedure, and the fate of many is unknown, and many have been killed.
