Mashhad – International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons received a confirmed report that Iranian forces arrested Omar Qambarzahi Kheyl,son of Lal Mir, in Mashhad city of Iran on 21st Jan 2023 Mr. Omer is a resident of Zahedan city and works in Chabahar.
This Baloch citizen is a vendor in Chabahar and Konarek markets on Mondays and Tuesdays. He was on a trip to Mashhad to buy products to sell in the markets when arrested without any legal procedure or court order.
