Karachi: According to sources, the Pakistani security forces again forcibly disappeared Aurangzeb Baloch S/O Master Siraj Ahmed, resident of Sordo, District Panjgur, from the Gulshan Mazdoor area of Karachi. On 7 February 2023, at 4 a.m., the Pakistani forces detained him from his home and shifted him to an unknown location; his whereabouts are still unknown.
On 2 June 2020, the Pakistani security forces took him into custody from Karachi and released him after eight months of detention.
International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (IVBMP) urges Pakistani authorities. If Aurangzeb Baloch has committed any crime, he should be brought before court; if he is found guilty of the crime, he should be punished according to the law, but the illegal and forced disappearance of him from his home is a violation of the law of Pakistan itself which Pakistani security forces are violating.
