IVBMP, According to reports, today, February 20, 2026, a tortured body was recovered from the CPEC Road in Panjgur, near a date factory. The victim had been shot dead brutally. Moreover, the body was shifted to Civil Hospital Panjgur for identification.

The deceased was identified as Jahanzaib, son of Muhammad Ali, a resident of Essai Surag.

According to his family, Jahanzaib had been taken into custody and forcibly disappeared by state-backed personnel in November 2025. Today, his tortured body was found near the date factory on the CPEC Road in Panjgur.

The international human rights organizations, UN and social groups are urged to take immediate action against the forced disappearances and extrajudicial killing in Balochistan
