PANJGUR, Balochistan : Islam Yousuf, a 25-year-old local driver, was forcibly disappeared by a state-backed local militia (death squad).
The incident occurred at approximately 12:00 PM on June 29, 2026, in the Gareeb Abad area of Panjgur district.
Armed members of the death squad intercepted and abducted Islam Yousuf, son of Muhammad Yousuf, moving him to an unknown location.
His family from Paroom remains in deep psychological distress, as authorities refuse to share any information regarding his custody status.
The IVBMP urgently appeals to international human rights organizations to intervene for his safe recovery and to end militia impunity.
