ISLAMABAD : Rubina Baloch, a member of the Baloch Students Council (BSC) Islamabad, has been forcibly disappeared from the capital city.
The incident occurred on July 2, 2026, when security personnel arbitrarily detained her and moved her to an undisclosed location.
Rubina is a dedicated student currently enrolled in her fourth semester of a BS in Mass Communication.
Her sudden disappearance comes amid a sharp rise in raids, threats, and harassment targeting Baloch students across Islamabad over the past week.
The lawless targeting has created a severe atmosphere of fear, panic, and deep insecurity among the student community.
The International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (IVBMP) strongly condemns her abduction and demands Rubina’s immediate, safe recovery.
