Bygwaah is a human rights–focused platform dedicated to documenting, amplifying, and advocating for the voices of victims of enforced disappearances in Balochistan.
As the media and information outlet associated with the International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (IVBMP), Bygwaah serves as a central space for reporting verified cases, publishing news, and preserving the stories of individuals who have been abducted, disappeared, or affected by state violence.
Our work is rooted in the urgent need to bring visibility to a long-standing humanitarian crisis. Families across Balochistan continue to search for their loved ones—often with little to no information, accountability, or justice. Through consistent documentation and reporting, we aim to ensure that these cases are not forgotten and that the experiences of victims and their families are recognised globally.
Bygwaah publishes:
- News reports on recent cases of enforced disappearances
- Profiles of victims, including abducted, missing, released, and extrajudicially killed individuals
- Articles and editorials that provide context, analysis, and advocacy
- Documentation of protests, campaigns, and human rights efforts
The platform reflects the broader mission of IVBMP, an organisation representing families of missing persons and working to raise awareness, pursue justice, and engage with international human rights bodies.
We believe that documentation is resistance. Every name recorded, every story shared, and every case highlighted is a step toward accountability and justice.
Bygwaah stands as a digital archive, an advocacy platform, and a voice for those who have been silenced.
