IVBMP, According to reports, on February 27, 2026, two bullet-riddled bodies showing signs of torture were recovered from the Kech Kor area of Turbat. Both bodies were identified as previously missing individuals.

One of the deceased was identified as Imran, son of Taj Muhammad, a resident of Pidrak and a student of Balochi Literature at the University of Turbat.

The second body was identified as 17-year-old Manzoor Baloch, a resident of Kolwai Bazaar, Absar, and an eighth-grade student.

According to Imran’s family, he had been residing in Turbat for his studies. They state that on June 27, 2025, at around 2:30 A.M., he was taken into custody by Pakistani forces from the Absar Moldh Rek area of Turbat and was forcibly disappeared.

According to Manzoor Baloch’s family, he was taken into custody on July 8, 2025, at approximately 1:00 A.M., from the Absar Kolwai Bazaar area of Turbat by Pakistani forces and was subsequently forcibly disappeared.
