On 05-Octuber 2016 ,Pakistani security forces have conducted a military operation in Kolwah area of district Awaran Balochistan.According to news source,Pakistani security forces have arrested then disappeared six civilians,abductees have been named Lateef Baloch, Hashim son of Charshambay, Rashid son of Murad, Zubair son of Nabidad, Hassan son of Karim Bakhsh and Hassan son of Kecho.

According to news sources, a bullet riddled dead body has found dumped in Absar are of Turbat district Kech Balochistan on 16th-November-2016.Later the dead body has recognized as Lateef Baloch.Lateef Baloch was 18 years old. Eldest among his one other brother and one sister. His father is a daily wage laborer in the area and works on agriculture, construction of houses and other available labor tasks to feed the family.He was picked up by Pakistani security forces from the main bazaar of Awaran . All the public has witnessed the incident
