Another Baloch youth fell victim to enforced disappearances in BalochistanOn June 14, 2026, yet another youth fell victim to enforced disappearances in Balochistan, highlighting the ongoing human rights crisis in the region. Respectable sources report that 18-year-old Obaid Baloch, son of Abdul Zahir Nothizai, was arbitrarily detained by Pakistani security officers from Dalbandin in the Chagai district. A laborer by profession, Obaid was taken into custody at approximately 6:30 PM and moved to an undisclosed location. The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) strongly condemns this unlawful arrest of a young working-class individual. We call upon international human rights organizations to urgently intervene and demand his immediate, safe recovery.
