Balochistan remains subjected to severe state repression where students are systematically targeted and disappeared by Pakistan. Salman Baloch, a 27-year-old innocent student from Panjgur, was forcibly abducted from Samungli Road, Quetta, on July 13, 2026. Pakistani counter-terrorism forces raided his location at 5:00 AM, depriving him of his fundamental right to liberty. This violent act reflects the broader policy of silencing the educated Baloch youth through extrajudicial means. The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons appeals directly to the international community and global human rights bodies. We call upon the UN to take decisive actions against these continuous, unconstitutional enforced disappearances by Pakistan.
