Meeran Baloch, an innocent 25-year-old student and son of Gul Khan from Kulaan, Kharan, was forcibly disappeared for the third time on July 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM. CTD officials abducted him from Basheer Chwok in Quetta, removing him once again from public life and depriving him of all basic legal rights. The repeated abduction of the same young student reflects the systematic persecution and ongoing harassment directed at Baloch youth.
