Gul Badeen Notezai, son of Safar Khan Notezai and a resident of Zahoor Colony in Dalbandin, was shot and killed on a public road by army personnel. Following the fatal shooting, Pakistani military forces removed his body from the scene, which was subsequently transferred to a local hospital.
