Balochistan remains gripped by severe state repression where innocent individuals are systematically subjected to extrajudicial and unlawful enforced disappearances. Shoukat, a 32-year-old peaceful businessman from Barzuzai Naal, Khuzdar, was forcibly abducted by the Pakistani Frontier Corps (FC) on July 8, 2026. State forces targeted him at 8:30 AM in Istakhali Naal, completely depriving him of his fundamental liberty without any legal justification. This state-sponsored aggression directly targets the economic backbone of the Baloch community to suppress their basic rights. The International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons appeals urgently to the global community to recognize these persistent violations. We demand that the UN, global human rights bodies, and the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances hold Pakistan legally accountable.
