The Pakistani state continues its systematic campaign of human rights violations against the people of Balochistan. On June 18, 2026, an innocent Baloch citizen, Usman Baloch, son of Moldad, was forcibly abducted by Pakistani security forces from Chabahar. Usman, a peaceful resident of Gobord in Mand, Kech, was illegally detained and disappeared, completely depriving him of his fundamental right to liberty. This aggressive act demonstrates the expanding and unlawful reach of Pakistani forces in targeting innocent Baloch citizens in Chabahar. The International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons strongly condemns this extrajudicial abduction and demands his immediate, safe recovery. We urgently appeal to the United Nations, international human rights organizations, and the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances to take immediate action and hold Pakistan legally accountable.
