Young Baloch Shopkeeper Forcibly Disappeared by Frontier Corps in Panjgur

PANJGUR, Balochistan : A 23-year-old Baloch youth has been forcibly disappeared by Pakistani security forces from the Frontier Corps (FC) in Panjgur district.
The incident took place during the morning hours on June 26, 2026, near the FC Camp Resh Pesh in Paroom, Panjgur. Armed FC personnel abducted Saddique, son of Rasool Jan, who is a resident of Legork Paroom and works as a local shopkeeper. Following his arrest, he was moved to an undisclosed location, and his current whereabouts remain completely unknown to his family.
The International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (IVBMP) strongly condemns this arbitrary abduction by the military apparatus. The IVBMP urgently appeals to international human rights organizations, including the United Nations and Amnesty International, to take immediate notice, apply diplomatic pressure on state authorities, and demand the safe recovery of Saddique and all victims of enforced disappearances in Balochistan.
